Quick trip to the park

Last night we decided to hit the park before bedtime. We thought that it had cooled off a bit. The walk to the park was pleasant. We were under the trees and had a nice breeze. But, once we reached the park, the breeze was gone and there was no shade.

It. Was. Hot!

I think we lasted maybe 15 minutes before Dani was crying and Mark & I decided to pack it in. Even though Eddie was dripping, he didn't want to go, he was having fun...




After he said 'bye bye' to the toys and was strapped back in the stroller, he happily downed his water on the walk home. Hopefully the next time we venture out the humidity will be a bit lower...or maybe we need to find a park with some shade! :)
