Stuffed

Here is me about 2 months ago...


Here is me today.


My mommy figured that because the snow wasn't flying, she could put me in my overalls one last time. They are a little small now & mommy didn't know how many more opportunities I would have to wear these, so she stuffed me into them. I think they are a little short.

I was trying to find sleep before we left for church, so I was a bit grumpy. Grandma always says that the devil works twice as hard on Sundays and mommy kept telling me that this morning. She was determined to not only make it to church, but to walk.


Daddy says that I'm the only one who has paparazzi stalking them on the way to church.


I did finally find sleep...on the walk to church. Once the sermon started I was wide awake & was trying to get daddy to talk to me. Mommy kept trying to get me to sleep. It did eventually work, but I was trying to get my friend Ellery's attention. She was way at the front of church & I wanted her to hear me.

At lunch today I finally got to sit on Maddie. I really wanted to go for a ride - but daddy said no. Grandpa said that next time he will let me ride, what daddy doesn't know can't hurt him. Grandpa also said that if we walk through the woods across the street, there is ice cream on the other side! I can't wait! Do you think Grandpa will let me ride Maddie all the way to the ice cream stand? Anyone know where I can get a saddle?
