My baby sister...

IS THE COOLEST!!!

Last night we went to see her music group's production: Big Night on Broadway.

I. Was. FLOORED.

I knew she could sing - but I didn't realize - she can REALLY SING!

Notice the super awesome mermaid dresses that the ladies are wearing...yup...my mom & aunt made them.

While I loved the mermaid song...this is the one that BLEW ME AWAY.

Audrey and her partner Jordan singing, I Will Carry You.

Jordan told a bit of the story behind it before they sang.  It wasn't until I was thinking about it today that I realized who inspired the story.  

Wow.  

I sat in the audience with tears over flowing.  A combination of a beautiful song and the amazement that that was my sister singing.  I can not wait to see the DVD that was made of the night.

We met Jordan at intermission - he offered his hand for me to shake...I gave him about a second warning that I was going to hug him. (I also have to mention that he is a honey.  Last night and the other times I've seen them sing, he always offers Audrey a hand when climbing up and down from the boxes they perform on.  So sweet!)
