3 day window

We waited to celebrate Daddy's birthday & father's day until Aunt Audrey was home from her mission trip. Daddy said that because his birthday was last week...we missed the 3 day window of actually singing the Happy Birthday song.


He was out voted. I lead the singing.


Even though we saved the party for Aunt Audrey...she wasn't too talkative before dinner. She needed a little snooze. But I wasn't tired!


I helped Grandpa man the grill. I was the over anxious griller, I kept pointing to the grill telling Grandpa it was time to check it, but he said I needed to be patient.


Once the ribs came in, Aunt Audrey did perk up and told us about her adventure. After hearing about what she saw Mommy & Daddy know that our little water issue was just a pain. In the grand scheme of things...not a big deal.


Saturday night I had a great time at my play date with Tanner and Anakin. (The adults came along too.) I had lots of fun playing with Mommy's cousin Andrew. He is a teenager! Mommy says Andrew makes her feel old...especially now that he is taller than her. I did lots of playing with him and I didn't get to play too much with Tanner and Anakin...

Tanner watched me play while he cuddled by his Grandma...


And Anakin was busy playing the nose beep game with Great Grandma and her Grandpa.


But soon we will all be running around together! I've got big plans...our parents won't know what hit them!
